Lawlor says Barry-Murphy and Bellamy share similar outlooks

According to BBC Sport, former Wales striker Dylan Lawlor observed that the approaches of Cardiff City manager Brian Barry‑Murphy and national team coach Craig Bellamy are closely aligned.

Lawlor said both men adopt a forward‑looking mindset, focusing on building a dynamic, competitive side while giving opportunities to emerging Welsh talent.

The comment arrives as Barry‑Murphy continues his work at Cardiff, steering the club through a challenging season, and Bellamy prepares Wales for upcoming international fixtures.

Both coaches have been praised for their enthusiasm and commitment to Welsh football, and Lawlor’s remarks underline the growing connection between the club and the national team.
