Ex-Spurs defender Ramon Vega announces FIFA presidential bid

According to BBC Sport, former Tottenham Hotspur defender Ramon Vega said he will stand as a candidate in next year’s FIFA presidential election.

Vega, who featured for Spurs in the mid‑1990s and earned caps for Spain, has spent recent years involved in football administration, working on various projects aimed at the sport’s governance.
