Robertson: Scotland ‘outfought’ and ‘not good enough’ in Nations League loss

Scotland fell 2-1 to Slovenia in their latest Nations League encounter, a result that left captain Andy Robertson disappointed with his team's performance.

Speaking after the match, Robertson described the visitors as having been "outfought" and admitted that Scotland were "not good enough" to secure a win. He highlighted the need for a higher intensity and sharper execution if the side hopes to compete at this level.

The defeat will prompt a period of reflection for the Scottish squad as they prepare for upcoming fixtures. Robertson stressed that the team must learn from the experience and improve quickly to avoid similar setbacks in future matches.
