Norway's Klaveness tells Infantino to resign: 'There is no trust now'

The decision was taken at a meeting of the Norwegian Football Federation (NFF) board on Thursday night. NFF president Klaveness said: 'There is no way back for him,' and added: 'There is no trust now.'
