Birmingham City have completed the signing of France youth international Chancelle Effa Effa from Le Havre for a reported £100,000, according to BBC Sport.
The striker becomes the latest addition to the Blues' squad as they look to strengthen their attacking options.
Effa Effa has represented France at youth level and will now look to make an impact in English football.
