Intense talks convinced Reedijk over Hibs job

Marink Reedijk has accepted the role of head coach at Hibernian after what he described as an "intense" series of talks with the club’s senior board.

According to BBC Sport, the decisive moment came during a seven‑hour meeting in London, where the board laid out their vision for the team and answered Reedijk’s questions about resources and long‑term strategy.

Reedijk said the depth of the discussion gave him confidence that Hibernian is the right environment to implement his ideas, and he looks forward to working with the squad to improve the club’s standing in the Scottish Premiership.
