Marinakis sues Crystal Palace over gun banner

Nottingham Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis is suing Crystal Palace over a banner unfurled by their supporters, according to BBC Sport.

The banner reportedly depicted Marinakis holding a gun to the head of Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White. The incident is said to have taken place during a match between the two clubs.

BBC Sport reports that Marinakis has now taken legal action against Palace in response to the banner. Neither club has publicly commented on the lawsuit as of yet.
