Mayo and Nisbet strike late to give Aberdeen dramatic win over Hearts

According to The Guardian, Aberdeen produced a dramatic late comeback to beat Hearts 2-1 in their Scottish Premiership opener at Pittodrie. The hosts trailed to Oisin McEntee's first-half goal until Lewis Mayo equalised in the 90th minute, and Kevin Nisbet then converted a stoppage-time penalty after Stuart Findlay was sent off.

The defeat extended Hearts' difficult start to the season under Wouter Vrancken, who had looked set for a first win at Pittodrie for more than a decade. Instead, the Jambos left with nothing after a late collapse.
